RockCore will participate in AI EXPO 2025, taking place from March 26 to 28 at the Taipei Expo Dome. At the AMD exhibition area, we will join forces with ITRI to showcase a series of innovative solutions, including a 360-degree intelligent inspection system, high-density substrate target alignment technology, smart manufacturing EAP systems, and integrated CAD/CAM applications.
